The insurance grouping of a vehicle is decided by the ABI - Association of British Insurers. At present the ABI have not assessed the Cube or Cubic so no official insurance group for the car exists.

However, there are several brokers who operate specialist schemes and who have based the cars on their own grouping. As a guide, Tett Hamiltion have advised that they have based the Cube and Cubic on comparison to an ABI insurance group 6.
